No censored is still a win for the employee, just not a stomp
Their strongest weapon, Paradise Lost, is essentially instantly deathhaxxing from a distance. Fairly sure this would be faster on the draw than any long range weapons from the Dalek, especially if the employee can just dodge. Even if the Dalek would land a hit, the resurrection chance still means that the employee wins 1/4th of the times the Dalek does land the first hit.
