Does cyrus have access to Palkia? If so, Palkia is 2B whereas Mary Poppins is low 2C so massive stomp in Cyrus' favour.

Still, it's 'at least' 2-C, implying it's probably higher than just low 2-C. The more I think about it, what counts as a win here? If it's until either Mary Poppins or Cyrus himself dies, then Mary Poppins should be able to snipe him before he can even send out Palkia. Also, is Mary Poppins' speed equalised to Cyrus (in which case Palkia blitzes) or Palkia (omnipresent nanny blitzes cyrus) or vice versa? This is a pretty confusing mu imo
