Does anyone know were the Hypersonic rating of the Flash (CW) and Zoom (CW) come from? like is there a calc or was it stated in the show that they move at such speeds?

CW Flash and Zoom Speed

Basically barry was originally around mach 2 i think and then he got a boost with the techkyon device that placed him at mach 3 and zoom was said to be 4 times faster than barry which would make zoom mach 12 and after going into the speed force barry could match zoom so also mach 12 barry.
