Cure Rhythm versus Cure Melody

Alright first off, are you knowledgeable on the verse?

Second seeing as to how this is an in-verse match, what combat-relevant information do both characters know about each other?
 
Extremely.

They're childhood friends who have seen all of each other's moves. Kanade even spectates Hibiki's normal karate fights, I think.

Well, there seems to be no difference in terms of abilities from what I can see in their profiles and I'll assume they're roughly equal in skill

In which case I think I'll vote incon for now
 
I forgot, Melody and Rhythm get weaker if they're worse friends. Their profiles need revising to reflect it, but I'm pretty sure that Hibiki (Melody)'s a bit stronger without Harmony Power.
