Cuphead Vs Steve

I am inclined to say Steve, because cuphead is a kid who is not particularly bright (gambled away his soul) and while powerful and good at fighting, does not really use tactics. Just a lot of dodging and blasting.
Steve on the other hand is a master at survival, building, hunting, and managing resources. Steves experience and skills should allow him to beat Cuphead. Not to mention the gear Steve has is more versatile.
