He also has danmaku so he can spam projectile hell, he also has NPI for damaging ghost so if Cuphead summons his astral self he should be able to attack him as well, if for some reason Silver Surfer decides to go in for h2h he also outclasses his ls by a shit ton

I suppose Surfer would also be harder to hit though not only because of his danmaku but because he can still boost his speed stats as well with the speed up ability which would make him faster even in an equalized match but homing attacks are definitely good here

To be fair, Cuphead has experience against enemies similar to Silver Surfer, which makes the battle more even. But I personally feel that Silver Surfer still takes this FRA. It is a vote to Silver Surfer.

There isn't an exact timeframe, but Elder Kettle said they'll "soon" be a match for King Dice and the Devil and they just needed to finish collecting the contracts before they met them.

The longest it would have taken them was before midnight the next day, though it's bright day when they defeated the Devil
