yeah, that dude has a LOT of abilities. which is the most bullshit/op one? You can have a shit load of abilities like shapeshifting, size manipulation, animal manipulation etc and still get yeeted by a concept hax user.

Information Manipulation in the verse is the end all be all power, it can do pretty much anything, whether it be plot manipulation, controlling concepts, creating beings who are apophatic, or something as basic as controlling observations.

btw can you explain creating apophatic beings part? I know information in the verse is apophatic. Man, apophatic beings can be created now. But then again, they are just entities who are beyond all attributes human mind can give to them.

Settings cover a lot in the verse. Infinite Dimensions? Setting. Inaccessible realms? Setting. A being who is beyond definitions, understanding, creation, imagination, and concepts, set above everything? This is also a setting.
No matter how unsolvable the setting, or even if it's not a setting, it's still setting, and will exist within the scope of information. As such anyone who can control information freely can also create settings, and as many levels of settings, as many incomprehensible beings as they want.

Settings are concepts, anything that needs to be "Set" is considered to be a setting;
An example would be time and space, they have their own settings.
However, there are also various types of timeline settings.
Another example is people having the ability to use magic in a certain dimension, which is also something that needs to be set, as such it's considered a setting.

It encompasses both actually. Sadly Information Manipulation is so powerful that hardly any of the characters in the verse get to "Fight" outside of their own verse.
