I'm not specially knowledgable about the verse but...I feel like his speed and AP should be changed up a bit.

His AP: I see no real reasons for him to be Unknown. Yes, his Star level feats is dubious, but is it really a reason to put him at unknown? It seem like he has feats outside of that, and his Star thing could be noted down as "probably" or "likely" instead of just putting him at Unknown altogether.

For his speed: Seems like "Superhuman" is only based on his sheer size (And give the guy is 3 to 4 km high, seems like it would be much higher). I feel like this would be a good case where it should be "Unknown", since he shows very little speed feat as far as I know.

Again I don't know much behind his ratings, so if there are legit reasons for this I'm ready to listen.

"Unknown" AP is because, in the canon Mythos, we never see him at full power. We know he probably destroyed stars on hiw way to earth for the lols, and likely had universal telepathy as opposed to planetary telepathy. However, as I said, we never get to see his full power. We basically get to see him groggily stumble around a bit, get a boat through the head, regenerate instantly, and go back to sleep.

Unknown speed should be fine.

What about all the text in The Dunwich Horror implying that the Great Old Ones are Higher Dimensional or Beyond Dimensions altogether?

It's a definitely a possibility, but it's vague. Cthulhu is also implied to be among the weaker GOO's in the same passage.

Well, didn't he create R'lyeh (as his profile seems to state)?

Also random thing but using that damn Giantess Converter, (Assuming Cthulhu have human-like proportion, which seems more like a lowball given his overweight shape) he would be Large Town+ via sheer jumping and Mountain level via "Earthquakes", whatever these are.

Eh, considering that it's still big enough to easily hold Cthulhu as a whole on it, I don't think it would be a stretch to say it's City sized.

Although, was it ever stated if R'lyeh was of similar size to the Elder Things' cities, if not larger?

No

Cthu is way into supersonic via size

If things like Godzilla are already 250 m/s by size alone then Cthu is much higher

Hell do the Giantess calculator even

Well actually the Giantess calclator says Hypersonic+ running speed for the guy, not superhuman but k.

They use all those words H.P liked to describe it. It's likely that it's gigantic.
Well I mean, if the biggest denien of your city is an XBAWKS HUEG octopus dragon man, and a lot of the others aren't far behind, I'd assume the city was pretty damn big.

Well again, Hypersonic+ is just via sheer size so I'd still place him at like "At least" and "Likely higher".

Also if he is 3 miles high (Which seems to be more believable, since the sea floor is about 3 miles away than the surface) he would be High Hypersonic.

I just did using the 3 miles high values given by the Giantess calculator and it gave me 84594797806556230000 joules or Island level.

Although this is assuming Cthulhu weight as much as a human of similar size.

For this, I'd need to know if the statement about Cthulhu being "Miles high" was describing Cthulhu's exposed body when he was partially out of water or if it was describing his whole body.

With the Former, Cthulhu would be 7 miles high and Small Country (High Hypersonic+)

With the Latter, Cthulhu would be 4 miles high and Island+. (High Hypersonic)
