Having mind control isn't the same as reisting it. 682 resists and has mind control. Cthulhu has it but not resistance to it.

Necro + outside help ain't allowed in 1 vs 1 matches. (Outside of cases like Kharn's power null from Lhorne, as it's more of a spell given to him that's always active)
