I would give this to Crowley. Neither could probably kill the other (The killing curse would not work on Crowley because demons are corrupted human souls and the killing curse cannot destroy the soul. Crowley could not kill Voldemort due to his horcruxes). Both are experts in magic and probably comparable in this area, so I think it ultimately comes down to who could better react to and recover from attacks. Crowley has faster reaction speed, better durability, and Regenerationn, so even though he can't kill Voldemort he might be able to deal enough damage to his body to incapacitate him.

Also, if either managed to separate the other's soul from their body, Crowley could possess a new body much more easily than Voldemort could.
