Making sure, we consider for exemple the ap for creating a dimension With a Galaxy within it (if Creation scales to ap) ~ the ap needed to destroy it?
Couldn't find it anywhere what we have about this so making sure

it does count for ap (usually?) but not the exact same value as destruction, needs a separate calculation i think

Could you elaborate on the question a little more?

since in this case you are creating the space between the contents of the galaxy and stuff, i think yeah

but i think just creating a galaxy is below it since you are just creating the objects inside of it

We treat Creation to be the same potency as Destruction.

Creating a dimension big enough to contain a galaxy would naturally be tiered as 3-C. The energy value here would be irrelevant, as beyond Tier 4 we rate based on size. And especially if the Creation feat is pretty quick, which would constitute FTL KE and would automatically be uncalculable so we scale it to the tier it's rated at by default.

Scaling to physical strength is another topic entirely but it has been answered before so no point in beating a dead horse over that.
