Creating a literal big bang

For example, a character creates a 400 kilometer radius explosion that is basically a miniature big bang. This big bang is basically the same as the one that created the galaxys and shit, but small

How can I calculate the yield?

Pretty much like the original big bang, only smaller.
It's the energy that matters, not the size, it's like when an enemy launches a tiny attack the size of an ant, but then it explodes destroying a mountain

If I create a micro sun this doesn't mean that I'm 4-C
If I create a micro universe this doesn't mean that I'm 3-A
If I create a micro city this doesn't mean that I'm 7-B
If I create a micro supernova this doesn't mean that I'm 4-B

I said if it has the same energy.

idk man you probably calculate the explosion normally but also add space and maybe time manipulation
