Joker has way better feats than Deadpool with prep. I'm sure that he can get his hands on Carbonadium and completely negate Wade's regen.
Though, I'm not entirely sure about Deadpool's side. It's been a while since I read anything Deadpool related. I'll hold my vote for now.

Joker cheating death is just a fancy way to saying he gets revived after every appearance, so it shouldn't be counted.
Anyways, Deadpool has the AP advantage of over x10 times, and prep doesn't really matter because Deadpool has bypassed more intensive prep than that... so I think this is a stomp
