Power level doesn't matter for adding a new verse to the wiki so long as it isn't some fan made unofficial part of another franchise or specifically made on a way to abuse power scaling like Suggsverse was.

If you're talking about the Undertale AU then no, VSB doesn't allow fan works unless they have permission from the creator of the thing the fan work is based on.

Nah a mobile ""horror"" game (That is closer to comedy actually lol).
I have brain damage but not enough brain damage to think that an undertale au can be on the wiki.
