Could this qualify for R>F?

Probably, but it’s not 1-A, since the “higher reality” is the baseline reality. So the lower reality would be Tier 11.

Would this qualify for R>F? (the author statement is also supported by the fact the Dreamzzz character view Ninjago as a mere TV show
Ngl this looks like, at a first glance, a question directly made to create an upgrade to the characters, similar to that questions people used to do to Ben 10's creators about Alien X Plot Hax

and can only interact with Ninjago characters throught an imaginary Dream World)
This part is a bit weird, a 1-A being wouldn't have that limitation and would be freely able to interact with the fictional world unless there is some type of barrier between both worlds

If the "fictional entities" can interact with the real world (throught magical/supernatural means), would the fictional entities get Low 1-A as well?
Unless these means are giving by the "real" world, then no and would disqualify the real world from having R>F Transcendence on the first place

Also, the difference between Low 1-A and 1-A is the literal same difference of existence between you and the words from a book, the 1-A reality simple sees the Low 1-A one as insignificant

Ye there's a barrier

They can't access it without the help of beings who can freely cross between the real world and the lower one (Dream World)
