could this be 2A?

Ithaqua had access to the past, present and future beyond human recognition. It could even traverse parallel universe arising from choices. That was what humans called the “fate”.

Ithaqua existed as a bystander, like air, light or stone that were fundamental in every time and space. Ithaqua observed and listened, but never accepted nor refused, only acting as a witness to karma.

Bang——!

A huge noise broke the peace alongside a violent shake, which had roused Ithaqua to squint its eyes. Countless universes were forced to combine into one by an incredible power.

okay so from this above, assuming there are an infinite amount of humans that makes choices that causes an infinite amount of parallel universes to be created.

would this qualify for a 2A cosmology?

I mean, it directly calls it Countless universes, and I'm not seeing anything 2-A here. This is 2-B at best, unless there is further context I'm missing.

Of course that will. But that's just a hypothetical question and IDK see the use for it :/

Regardless, if there are infinite parallel universes, then yes, its 2-A.

Nope, based off everything posted above, 2-B max. The "hypothetical" of infinite humans gas no evidence backing it here.

Lets rephrase that, a 2-A cosmology is and always has been infinite, you can't gain 2-A from a expanding multiverse.

according to Ithaqua, a new parallel universe is created from the many choices an individual makes. so hypothetically if an infinite number of people exists and each of them made a choice, there would be infinite such parallel universes. again this wouldn't apply to the feat mentioned rather this is just a hypothetical scenario.
