Could someone please explain Geno's stats to me?

Mainly his DC and durability. What did anyone in SMRPG do that's mountain-level? I thought it was defeating Exor at first but I had a friend calculate Exor's landing on Bowser's Keep and got a yield of measly multi-city block level.

I've heard that the mountain-level thing is an outdated concept from the force needed to launch someone to another country, which isn't quite what Exor does.

According to his page, it is due to power-scaling him to Mario and the rest of the party, but I did not write the profile, and am not familiar with the game in question.
