Which cosmology is bigger and more powerful between Marvel and DC ?

DC's is more nicely set out an explained from what I've seen.

At least I've never seen a map of Marvel cosmology

As for more powerful, they both have a tier 0, so equal

If we exclude their respective Tier 0s, DC's cosmology is far and away the stronger of the two.

They currently have at least 9 different 1-As (most of which exist thanks to Vertigo), and at least one of those 1-As is so high on the food chain that he makes others look like a bad joke. They also have a High 1-A who's pretty much the canvas for everything that exists both inside and outside of reality in their verse.

Meanwhile, Marvel has exactly one 1-A who's barely above baseline.

. My question is who has more Multiverses ( creations ) to fodderize out of the two verses . I'm not arguing regarding the characters .

If the Outside is a character he would be pretty much the marvel primal monitor but except it is probably not even a tool.

Yeah dc has more stronger characters but marvel also had alot of 1-A places
