Alright so I've mostly figured out the cosmology of a potential verse I've been working on but I need some help working upwards:

Baseline is 2-A, because it involves infinite realities/timelines/possibilities, and the following god tiers clearly exist outside of time and space.

There are gods who simply exist transcendent to it. Then there is an infinite amount of gods that are infinitely layered all infinitely above the other (sounds absurd but yes that is what it says verbatim), then characters who exist independent to that hierarchy. There's obviously more but I need to work on it a little more, so I'll just need some help with these statements specifically.

I'm no expert on this, but I'd like attempt to offer some suggestions based on what I know about the standards, and from the explanation offered.

There are gods who simply exist transcendent to it.
This could very well be Low 1-C, depending on whether further context exists on the nature of their transcendence. But I suppose given that they do exist outside of time and space, it could be used as further evidence of them transcending a 5D world, and hence also support the rating.

Then there is an infinite amount of gods that are infinitely layered all infinitely above the other (sounds absurd but yes that is what it says verbatim).
This sounds like a similar situation to the gods from Magi. So going by the description, and assuming all the gods are to be placed in a singular profile (similar to Magi), I'd say that this would be rated something like Low 1-C, up to High 1-B.

Then characters who exist independent to that hierarchy.
Depending on the context, this could also either qualify for Low 1-A or even straight up 1-A.

This is all, of course, just going off of what I know, so you should probably wait for more input from more experienced members. Also I'd imagine that further context might need to be provided to qualify for some of these ratings, especially the latter two.

don't think this is enough for tier 1

L1C to H1B
then characters who exist independent to that hierarchy.
existing transcendent to the characters = L1A
existing transcendent to the hierarchy = 1A

Its still 2A I think because Outside time and space doesnt make you a higher dimension

What Above? Its like Conceptual Transcend? If yes then it will be H1B I think. If no I think it just have large size and 2A above Baseline.

It sound like magi for me so if yes its H1B
