Probably, although everyone who is someone in Seinfeld can resist Power Nullification from 1-A characters, so I would give this to Cory with mid-high difficulty.

No seinfeld wins. Kramer can fight off thugs while driving a bus and making all the stops.

Joe davola takes down 3 thugs, and Elaine can in turn beat him via spray.

George can spot dimes on the opposite side of a room without glasses, and can spot squirrels without glasses while driving.

This should put Seinfeld verse around Multiversal+ while Coryin the house is only peak human.
