Corvo Attano vs Sly Cooper

I would say corvo wins here,he has thermical vision to counter Sly invisibility and resistance to his time manipulation, Corvo has range so Sly needs to go melee,but precognition and wind blast helps him to win in close combat,so Sly can only win if he use a binding flash and somehow,BFR like he does to guards,but with precognition and enhaced senses,it would be almost impossible
