Jigglypuff via Sing and resistance to Dragon Type attacks (which, for the most part, will make Dragon Fang useless, as well as his Dragon form) which takes out most of Corrin's arsenal (outside of swords, tomes, and staves, the former of which Jigglypuff would likely be weak to, considering they'd probably be considered Steel Type)

There's also Cute Charm, but that depends on the gender of Corrin and Jigglypuff (Assuming Male Corrin due to the pic)

For Corrin, somewhat higher assuming he's an enraged dragon without a dragonstone, but I'd argue that version gets utterly stomped
