That's facts, though.
Also, people might try to point to Bully Maguire being capable of fighting Thanos, Obi-Wan and other individuals of proof of him scaling above Cool Jimmy. However, none of those characters are shown to be capable of handling the Neutron Style, nor do they show feats comparable to handling it.
