As I attempt to destroy all that is good and true, I must point out Neo's justification is flimsy at best. It says he is island level for being similar to thunder giant. Unless there is another justification, one currently not given, the logic can be assumed to be that he has superior attack. I assume I do not need to tell you why this is the equivalent of throwing a 1 ton monkey wrench on a phone.

Not to mention the only other alternative, that the Neos are stronger than the E-Hero's due to statements implies he's stronger than Electrum, not even mentioning the scaling and profiling issues that arise from creating characters from card lore.
