Concerning some Sailor Moon abilities

I do not think because pluto is present next to them and ChibiUsa seems to fly and disappear to land in times and Pluto have never seen more to remember someone in time without space time key but if you still doubt, a "Unknow" for the lambda but only if you agree

In any case, the problem here is that somebody simply able to time-travel does not automatically qualify for Immeasurable movement speed. The travel feat explicitly has to be performed through speed alone.

Is Lambda Sailor Moon equal to them, and if so, why?

Lambda Sailor Moon has the Cosmos Crystal and all of Sailor Cosmos's powers.

She performed the Multi-Universal feat that scales to Sailor Cosmos and Sailor Chaos actually.

There is no proper explanation for the immeasurable speed or multi-universe attack potency in Sailor Moon's profile page.

He's receiving a Possibly 2-C for all statistics. And the justifications would be he constantly battles with Sailor Cosmos, and was described as a massive threat by her.

Then Immeasurable speed, the reason being he would be comparable to Sailor Cosmos.

Same reasoning as his 2-C form? (I'm asking about his Low 2-C rating, and sorry for the questions, since i'm not knowledgeable about Sailor Moon and i'm trying to make sure i don't screw things up)

Actually, the Low 2-C rating should be removed. Sailor Chaos would be just Possibly 2-C. Since Lambda Usagi performed a Multi-Universe level feat.
