Concerning some Sailor Moon abilities

Okay, so continuing on from the other thread, I hope to identify a few things that could come out of Star Seeds now being accepted as meta-physical concepts of life. These are a few possible changes.

When Sailor Moon used the Lambda Power to restore the cosmos, she also restored the Galaxy Cauldron which had been corrupted by Chaos. Considering that all of the Sailor Senshi's star seeds had been erased by the cauldron, this would mean that the Lambda power regenerated their star seeds and then their essence. Which could possibly add Conceptual Manipulation to Sailor Moon for being able to recreate the concept of life with the lambda power.

Also, it is worth mentioning that Sailor Galaxia and Chaos are both able to remove a beings star seed from them, and manipulate it to an extent. However, this also falls into Essence Manipulation, so I'm not sure if Limited Conceptual Manipulation is possible for this.

However, Galaxia has another type of feat in which whenever she appears on a planet. It is "destroyed" and turned into a wasteland.

I'm suggesting either this is Destruction Embodiment, or Concept Addition in Conceptual Manipulation. My reasoning for either is that the planets are destroyed upon Galaxia's appearance, and she is constantly referred to as a Senshi of Destruction by others. She could be simply adding the Concept of Destruction to a planet similarily to how they have a concept of life, thus causing the planet to destroy itself.

Should also mention Chaos apparently existed prior to the universe according to his profile. Which could mean possibily Infinite speed for him.

Something else I want to make a topic in this thread.

Currently Sailor Moon's profile is containing too many different versions of herself, and has alot of Low 2-C stats from this. Sailor Cosmos is displayed as a different version of Sailor Moon, with a different personality and powers. Also, she has too many hax to be listed on Sailor Moon's profile, which is causing an issue since we don't exactly know what all of her hax is. It might be neccessary to create a separate profile for Chibi Chibi and Sailor Cosmos.
 
I am too tired to properly analyse this, so I would appreciate community input.
 
Okay. I browsed through the above text. Again, if you read our Conceptual Manipulation page, you will notice thst our requirements are much higher to list this ability, so I would appreciate if you would drop the subject.

Also, our standards for immeasurable and infinite speed do not allow it for simply existing before the universal time anymore.
 
Then can Destruction Embodiment be added concerning Galaxia's feat? That is the only other ability I know of that could fit what she seems to be doing.

And would a profile for Sailor Cosmos be alright? Sailor Moon's profile is currently heavily filled up, and Sailor Cosmos is described as a different version of Sailor Moon in the story.

Is Sailor Cosmos a different timeline or future version of Sailor Moon?
 
Sorry, I couldn't find a page for that ability here. Just wanted to assure you know its different from conceptual manipulation, and seems to be the only alternative I know of for her feat.

She is a future version of her, but she might be another timeline version as well. Sailor Moon never specified their timelines very well.

Prior to its creation though, can you evaluate my feat blog for her? They could prove to change Sailor Cosmos's current ratings for her new profile if you consider them worthwhile.
 
No. I do not have the time and energy, and do not know much about Sailor Moon.

Just moving the statistics key from the Sailor Moon page to a Sailor Cosmos page seems fine though.

Wait, its listed on Sailor Moon's profile that one of her forms transcends the space-time of their universe?

Isn't that the current qualification for Infinite Speed if I'm not mistaken?
 
No, infinite speed means moving while time literally stands still, or moving anywhere instantly.

Do you want me to unlock the Sailor Moon profile, so you can move the Sailor Cosmos statistics to a new page?

Actually, I would be fine if Dodo creates the initial profile. He knows a bit more about layout, but I can edit everything else.
 
Well, I think that it seems best to simply move the current Sailor Cosmos statistics from the Sailor Moon profile, not add lots of other content as well.

There are some other parts of the Sailor Moon profiles that covers Sailor Cosmos as well. The two of tou can collaborate with moving them if you wish.

Sailor Moon is missing one of her stats though, for Post Nehellenia she has no stats. Its blank post henshin and no other stat is picked up until after she received another power boost.
 
Okay, why do you want to rate this phase of her as 3-A?
 
Well, Low 2-C might be more appropriate. She has some feats.

- Destroyed an entire parrallel universe that is confirmed to exist in its own space-time continuum.

- Her existence and the Silver Crystals warps the space-time continuum with its power.

The full power of the Silver Crystal is also implied to be capable of creating a universe.
 
That scan does not say that she destroyed or warped an entire universal space-time continuum though.
 
3-B+ was for the henshin energy, which was because of the Silver Crystal being said to be the energy of an entire universe. That wasn't a display of her full power.

Btw, she proceeded to light up a universe worth of space-time after that though.

There's also her feat of destroying Nehellenia's universe.

And Chaos wanting to do this with the Silver Crystal
 
Well, infinite power is usually counted as High 3-A.
 
I can agree with High 3-A. But I should mention she still has two Low 2-C feats.

And Chaos wanting to create another universe. He was already warping the space-time continuum to the far reaches, so it would be unlikely he would only want to create a physical universe.
 
Wait, I do not know if destroying the universe of nehellenia is a low 2-C feat, usually, destroying a Universe is 3-A even though sailor moon can disturb the time seeing the destroy so I do not know .

Chaos and Silver crystal does not scale to the starlight which have been stomp by sailor animate

So Universe level Likely Higher seems good by explaining that they are more powerful than the Eternal Senshi (who are Universe level with the influence of galaxia)
 
Destroying a universe is a Low 2-C feat unless its explicitly made known space-time isn't involved from what I remember.

The starlights do scale, they are comparable to Eternal Sailor Moon at that point.

they were killed by Sailor Chi / phi that ESM has one Shot without silver moon crystal It is not comparable to Sailor Moon, If nehellenia feat is Low 2-C, I agree that the starlight may be be low 2-C (this upgrade the Senshi too) but if the nehellenia feat is 3-A, it will remain 3-A
 
Well, if the universal continuum itself is destroyed, it is a Low 2-C feat. If only the planets, stars, etcetera, are destroyed, it is a 3-A feat.
 
The entire universe was destroyed, and Nehellenia was forced out into the normal universe. If the space-time had remained, Nehellenia wouldn't have been forced out of it, and could've possibly recovered from the attack.

Also consider that moments after doing this, Sailor Moon proceeded to light up the universal space-time casually. And then has multiple Space-Time and Universal claims after this. And all prior to getting the power boost that made her comparable to Chaos.

What shall we do with the characters who scale to her at this point?

A few might be Low 2-C via being comparable to her.
 
Well, you can write a list of the exact profile page titles for all of the characters that scale to her. Then I can use an automated script to temporarily unlock the pages.
 
Okay. I will discuss this with @Dodo then, since I remember quite a few getting scaling from her.
