Conceptually Different VS Conceptually Superior

As this wiki defines it, 1-A characters are undimensioned by their very nature.

However, there seems to be two different kinds of 1-A: these being a conceptual difference from the concept of dimensions, and a conceptual superiority to the concept of dimensions.

I just want to ask, how do these two types of outerversal characters different from each other?

All 1-A have power superior to that necessary to control infinite dimensions and dimensions in general.

Being different from beings that have dimensions doesn't suffice to be 1-A.

An example for the difference would be a being, that doesn't have things like physical form and dimensions, but which also doesn't have the ability to influence dimensions at all or at least not have the power to destroy them.

Such a being could potentially even be home in some outerversal realm, yet not be 1-A.

So it would be different, but not superior.

In conclusion I don't think there are two different kinds of 1-A: All 1-A are superior in power and most are probably different in nature.
