Concepts and platonic concepts

What difference does it make if a concept is platonic or not? And what concepts are platonic?

I have had discussions with people about if certain characters are outer or not. And the main point i see being brought up is that you need to transcend platonic concepts to be outer, and they will then go on to say that time and space are not platonic, therefor you arent outer if you transcend them.

As long as they are explained properly, Platonic Concepts are usually Type 1 Concept Manipulation, while normal Concepts are usually Type 2 (Though they can be Type 1 with the right context). Both types of concepts shape reality, however, one is dependent on the reality it shapes, and the other is not.

As for platonic concepts being linked to outerversal, that's no longer the case. It all depends on the evidence presented, not just a single world such as "platonic".
