Composite Human vs. The Agent (Just In Time Inc)

I feel like the agents speed should be revised a bit, if he can only move with teleportation then his movement speed should be below average human and his attack speed should be higher due to throwing bullets back at their original speed, but I'm not the best when it comes to speed feats and I'm probably lacking context (probably something to do with time hax). Does the CH know of his weakness or would he even need to know due to having 9-B weapons. I may vote agent it's in character for him to send bullets back and anything that could harm him would one shot the composite human.

Speed refers to prior to putting the gloves on, due to him otherwise being a regular dude prior to having them. Admittedly, that should be noted on his profile. And yes, CH is aware as I wasn't sure they could win otherwise.

I not sure if this a stomp or not. Any range option the CH takes gets reflected killing CH due to not being able to dodge any weapon that could hurt the agent. He is thousands of times more skilled but passive time slow and one shot worthy ap means pulling the gloves off maybe nigh impossible.

Well, if CH plays it safe, he could rip the gloves off once the agent gets in close via superior lifting strength.

I don't really know how time hax works so I assume that's probably a win condition that actually works; voting agent right now for the massive ap advantage and throwing all the CH projects back at him if he tries to use them.

Time slow happens passively while he has to push a button to rewind. That's the full extent of his powers.

Is the passive time slow an AoE around him, that's probably what's confusing me the most, also passive time manipulation and not passive rewind are great powers to have against an haxless enemy that he can easily one shot. (And I mean physical throw the projectiles back)

The largest range we see it work on is a city block. Distance is 4 kilometers by SBA.

Oh ok, then yeah I don't see the CH making it to him before getting time manipulated into oblivion (I should point out that the CH has been stomped by people who only had the ap advantage against him (a huge ap advantage mind you)) this guy has that and time manipulation. I mean if you rip off his glove he dies but good luck getting to him when he makes bullets slow enough to be grabbed by an average guy.
