One man vs. One Civilization

Human knows he's fighting a civilization and has access to every weapon up to 9-A.

Ancient Renassance Era Civ

CH also has around 3 days of prep

Speed is uhh... existent.

Who wins?

Composite Civilization (Sid Meier's Civilization): 0

Composite Human: 0

Well

Since this is Renaissance Era Civ Composite Human should have little trouble manipulating its way into a position of power in the Civ, convincing the masses whatever given leader needs to be removed, instigating a revolution and then taking over the civ, before inducing the civ to rapidly technologically expand into the Nuclear Era, before instigating a Cold War with Ghandi and causing the Civ to self destruct. Keep in mind the Composite Human has the charisma of every great leader and revolutionist in history.

Composite Human takes this after a couple of decades, methinks.
