Rules:

The cat resembles a jaguar and is 220 pounds, whilst the snake resembles a green anaconda and is 215 pounds

Both animals are bloodlusted

One bite of snake , even in worst scenario for it would make fight a draw. If both animals had minds of humans snake would win easily (run away after infection). In such case cat may kill snake before venoms works, however the size difference is't that big considering yo gave the weights of that certain animals.
