Commander Shepard Vs The Courier

Commander Shepard is limited to only his City Block level equipment.

Speed is equalized.

Doesn't the Courier have emp (Pulse grenades) to stop things like that?

Also don't forget the courier has radiation weapons and that will kill Shepard if he gets close enough, such as The Fat Man.

Just as Shepard is composite so is the Courier.

Shepard could always put up a barrier to block The Courier's attacks or boost his/her defenses with Fortification or Shield Boost.

But he doesn't know about the Courier's arsenal just as the Courier doesn't know about his.

I don't debate my own thread i'm just saying its not a stomp.

In regard to defending from radiation, I believe that the application of Medi-Gel might be able to prevent any radiation problems.

They share a lot of the same abilities but physically Shepard is stronger. Is there anything that can stop the Courier from becoming a biotic rag doll?

He/She would eventually and probably learn to adapt. If Shepard's shields can survive being vaporized by a Reaper cannon, I'm pretty sure he/she can survive A Fat Man nuke. Only problem is that Shepard would be poisoned by the Fallout gas of the nuke, since Kinetic Shields don't protect against radiation. Shepard could improve his/her firearm proficiency with Marksman and Adrenaline Rush for the win.
