Gotta be Cole here.

His number of abilities should do the trick if he happens to not be able to take out Thor easily through physical attacks. He could time slow on Thor to make sure he won't react as fast or easily as he could or perhaps just stop it(?), something Thor has neither resistance to. Or he could just BFR him if that comes to mind i guess.

Shortly put, I'm having it for Reboot Cole than Base Marvel Thor. Although it could be a stomp via hax due the formers large variety of hax if his page gives any indication.
