27 Megaton explosion < Pre-Game Cole < Sasha <<< BoG Cole < Aldien <<< Mid-Game Cole < Kessler </= EoG Cole. BoG Cole flat out says he wasn't even close to Aldien in power.

So anyway, Gunvolt scales to around 1.5x Cole's Feat
Cole with his strongest attack can one shot David Warner, who is stronger by an unknown amount above Kessler, who is massively superior to Alden, who is Far Stronger then Mid Game Cole, who is above Sasha, who is immensely above Fodder Conduits, who are stronger then Unawakened Cole, who tanked a 27 Megaton attack
So Cole is stronger by Lot a bit given Gunvolt is barely stronger then a fodder feat

With infinite chances, Gunvolt would inevitably beat Cole. It's not like he lacks wincons.

Demerzel is perminately intangible, but that's because he's made of pure electricity. He relies on three containers to keep him alive. If those were to be destroyed, Demerzel would die. However, the container's durability scales to Demerzel's AP.
