Battle between two 3-A characters, let's see how it would fair in a fight.

Rules:
  • 3-A versions of both characters are used
  • Battle takes place in the simulations in a computer
  • Speed Equalized
  • Sba applied
  • Victory is decided on KO, whoever knocks out the other first, or incapacitates their opponent.
Votes:

Agetha, but stronger

Miss Grace but Brolyified (@Bookmanfpe, @TheBoxofIncidents, @Rayfire )

Because the battle takes place in a simulation environment, Ragatha has an absolute home-field advantage. She can manipulate the logic of space, creating billions of error popups to disrupt Miss Grace. Although Miss Grace is incredibly powerful, fighting in a simulation is extremely difficult.
R4gatha doesn't need to kill Miss Grace (which is very difficult because she can respawn). R4gatha only needs to use Data Manipulation to "compress" or freeze the program containing Miss Grace.
In the computer environment, every action of Miss Grace fire, ice, size is rendered by code. R4gatha can simply change the value of those attacks to zero.
Unless Miss Grace destroys the computer from the outside (which is not covered by SBA rules here), she will be permanently isolated by R4gatha in a data loop.
Therefore, I will vote for Ethan's daughter right now, before any further counterarguments are presented.

So let's defend Miss Grace and address the wank.
Because the battle takes place in a simulation environment, Ragatha has an absolute home-field advantage. She can manipulate the logic of space, creating billions of error popups to disrupt Miss Grace.
I'd assume this is because of her ability of Spatial Manipulation and Reality Warping tied in with her Data. Error popups are the least of Miss Grace's worries since she has her own reality warping to play with Ragatha, though I'd argue her's is abit weaker but I'll discuss her wincon later-

Ragatha's Data Manipulation only extends to just simple Technology Manipulation and making Error Popups, in no way can an actual virus do this to to other entities without any further WOG, otherwise it's just another ability for Ragatha. Ragatha uses hee abilities to create simulations, not as an offensive capability.

So all of this is wank/a fallacy with Data Manipulation and saying "lookie here, because I have one ability means I can do 3.5 million countermoves", that's not how an ability works so as long as there's enough information and she does pretty basic things with it. And this all js sounds like a Stomp in favor of Ragatha.

Now then, let's get an argument for Miss Grace:

Incidentally, Miss Grace and Ragatha both are in a location where she can simply BFR them out of oblivion and into her own world where she has full control and use Fate Manipulation to decide Ragatha's fate. She also has Deathless Immortality which means any attacks done on Miss Grace won't kill her at all, considering she's already dead. She has abilities like Existence Erasure via consuming Ragatha and Time Manipulation to gain her the best outcome potentially and defeat Ragatha despite her Invulnerability.

Hmmm, however, I want to clarify a few points so we don't fall into the 'No Limits Fallacy' for both sides:
Regarding Data Manipulation vs. Reality Warping, you said Ragatha only uses her abilities to create simulations, not to attack. But in the Digital Dimension environment, the line between 'creating' and 'changing' is extremely thin. If Ragatha can control all the physical and spatial rules of that digital dimension according to WOG (Words of God), which is limitless imagination, then her changing how Miss Grace's attacks 'render' isn't flattery, but a logical consequence of Reality Warping in a digital environment.
In essence, Miss Grace is strong in Existence Erasure through 'consuming'. But remember, Ragatha is computer data. Miss Grace can consume a soul or a biological body, but how can she 'eat' or use 'Fate Manipulation' on a computer program that doesn't have a biological destiny? Miss Grace hasn't shown any feats demonstrating her ability to manipulate non-biological entities at the source code level. (Personal opinion)
Regarding Miss Grace's BFR and Reality Warping, you argue that Miss Grace could BFR Ragatha into her own domain. But according to SBA rules, the match starts in Simulation. It's very difficult to BFR an 'Admin' capable of Spatial Manipulation right in their own domain. Even if she could enter Miss Grace's domain, R4gatha would still maintain Inorganic Physiology, making Miss Grace's physical or biological attacks less effective.

I agree that R4gatha couldn't 'kill' Miss Grace due to her immortality. But the victory here is Incapacitation. In a match where speed is balanced, a data entity isolating an opponent in a loop or freezing the process is a more plausible scenario than a biological entity trying to digest a computer virus. Therefore, I still maintain that R4gatha won due to environmental advantage.

Alright, back to school I am from, let's get things cleared up now?

I suppose you're correct partly, but that's more of Ragatha's stronger Reality Warping within the code dimension than to be any faulty "if" that you continue to use. If you aren't sure on something, then I don't know what to say other than you can't thino hypothetical terms here, it needs to be as accurate to the profile. Miss Grace can still physical harm Ragatha, which leads to

And we cannot use opinions here, that's the same as ifs. Side note, the battle takes place within a computer world, they're both on the same level of existence and therefore Miss Grace can affect Ragatha like Ragatha can affect her like you claim. If you're saying Miss Grace cannot harm Ragatha or consume her if she's a computer progam, wouldn't that mean Ragatha wouldn't be able to affect Miss Grace here because she isn't a program being, but a God that's eternally pissed? That's contradiction, and it shouldn't matter if Miss Grace cannot erase organic or inorganic beings. An existence erasure is still an existence erasure no matter the context.
BFR is Battle Field Removal, it shouldn't care if the battle takes place in a simulation or not if Miss Grace can remove Ragatha from her domain and into hers where the battle can be in her hands. She doesn't even resist BFR like you claim, therefore she is still affected by BFR regardless of her "admin" status or imorganic physiology.
Even if she could enter Miss Grace's domain, R4gatha would still maintain Inorganic Physiology, making Miss Grace's physical or biological attacks less effective.
The fifteen million other wincons that I had proposed shame on this statement. Also being Inorganic doesn't mean you're still vulnerable to physical attacks like its Invulnerability I'm crine 💔

Miss Grace has time manipulation which can break her out of the loop and Fourth Wall Breaking that she can do to go pass the fourth wall connecting their matchup, including the bane of Ragatha's universe. And as clarity, Miss Grace's Existence Erasure Digestion also states the following:
Upon consuming her prey, they are removed from existence, timelines, and current events
This means any event or timeline Ragatha is in rssults in her own loss, regardless if she's an inorganic being.

I should also note that Ragatha has no scans or evidence of doing anything that you've mentioned throughout this matchup.
