Code Lyoko: Great revision of the verse part 2

Last time we tackled AP for the average characters so it's time for speed.
Characters in Lyoko are currently rated as:
Supersonic movement speed with Relativistic+ reactions and combat speed (Consistently dodges and deflects XANA's monsters' attacks, who are explicitly described to be equipped with lasers. Can run up walls and on water without falling or sinking)
But it pose several problems, first here's the standard for light speed laser:
  • The beam refracts in a new material, such as a liquid or...
  • The beam diffuses in a reasonably realistic way or reflects off a material that it can be expected to, such as a non-magical mirror.
  • The beam is called lightspeed by reliable sources.
  • It is stated to be composed/consisting of photons or light itself, again by a reliable source.
  • It has its origin at a realistic source of light, such as a camera.
The laser in Code Lyoko don't meet a single one of them, worse we know thanks to Odd's Laser Arrows that the series tend to call pretty much anything a laser. We also have cases of those lasers breaking like glasses when attacked.
Then, we also have the problem of the action in the real world and in Lyoko happening at the same time and characters like Jeremy can follow the actions on Lyoko from his computer just fine and it wouldn't make sense to have such a speed gap between Lyoko and the real world.

The solution:

With his ability Super Sprint, Ulrich can amp his speed to the point that he can run on water. Which according to the references to common feats pages is a superhuman feat (30 m/s).
As it is done rather easily, Ulrich would upscale from this. Things like vehicles, Aelita's wings and William's supersmoke are generally presented as even with Ulrich's supersprint in term of speed.

The rest of the characters can keep up with Ulrich's supersprint like here, but are obviously much slower, thus they could scale to downscale from it as their combat speed.
They would only have Athletic Human travel speed for not having speed feat above those that they have as their real life self.

TL : DR
*
Ulrich with his Super Sprint scales to "At least Superhuman (30 m/s) travel and combat speed" (With his Super Sprint, he can reach such speed that he is able to easily run and fight on water which need at least that speed)
*The vehicles, Aelita's wings and William's SuperSmoke would scale "At least Superhuman (30m/s) travel speed with ....." (Can follow and are comparable to Ulrich's Supersprint)
*The combat speed of the Lyoko Warriors would be "Superhuman (Downscaling from 30m/s)" (Can keep up in a fight with Ulrich using his Super Sprint.)
*Their travel speed normally would just be Athletic Human.

I still feel the idea they don't scale to XANA possessed William is weird considering the multitude of times they were capable of harming him and the fact they were upgraded throughout the later half of the show to keep up with him, and were even able to best him at times. You can't even the use the whole 'he's holding back', because XANA has no reason to hold back William's might considering he wants the Lyoko Warriors gone so he can either go through with his plans, get Aelita, or both.

But the additions seem fine as someone whose watched this show more times than I care to admit.

I agree the lasers do not quite reach the criteria for real lasers; the only reference is that they're virtual projectiles.
