The cake would come back mostly likle, or still duplicate after 24 hours, and eating It wouldn't make It don't come back sinse the clow isn't human. And I'm almost sure Pennywise reality warping relly on the things It's oponent fear to take place

Kinda shows that the variations are meant just to make them other types of cakes varing in size and shape(probable ingredients too) so saying the cakes can become dangerous(Like poisoned, full of nails idk) is a big streach

I mean, all jokes aside, this is incon at best, Pennywise cant do anything permanent to the cake that it wouldnt just come back from in 24 hours, and it jusst keeps multiplying endlessly as a result
