to be honest yes its seems to be prone to that, but I really don't know how we're going to tell the difference in this video. it still sounds like cloth manipulation to me, I don't know exactly how I can prove to you that there is no creation

Well, i do believe that Anos qualifies for cloth manipulation, cuz he can change outfits in an instant and can create it from 2,000 years.
From WN chapter: 108
"<Creative architecture Ibis> Using the magic of it, I duplicate the clothes that Ray was wearing and put them on my body.
On the contrary, Ray's clothes were changed to those of a brave man 2,000 years ago."
From WN chap:23
"Among them <Magic thread Better Moonlight dress> knitted with moonlight knitted into a rare magic thread caught from a dragon called a dragon, and <Golden lion robe> woven with gold hair of the golden lion Sirius, which is said to be the most beautiful in the world. Many gorgeous costumes were also available.
"You can choose the one that suits Sasha."
So by def. of cloth manipulation, Anos qualifies for it.
