See were you are wrong. You need npi to affect non corporeal beings. You need concept manip to affect abstract beings, and you need non-existent interaction to affect nep.

No, all these cases is NPI, u dont need Conceptual Manip to affect Abstract Beings, even without Conceptual Manip, if u can affect it, u have NPI, same applies to NEP, if u can touch a NEP, u have NPI

All these cases aren't npi. They are different cases for physiology. No body in jjk is an abstract beings of neo. So npi still affect them.

It's tied by feats. Ok. But no one in jjk is an abstract beings or nep. They are just non corporeal. So naruto npi still interacts with them
