• AP/Dura stats don't really matter, this is a hax match. TL-DR; Makima oneshots hard.​
• Speed is all over the place, but;​
  • Tandy scales to Hypersonic with Speed of Light projectile speed​
  • Tyrone scales to Relativistic+​
  • Makima scales to High Hypersonic+ Combat speeds with Massively Hypersonic+ Reactions.​
  • I don't know if equalizing speed really helps anything here... We can do that if it's deemed necessary​
• Battle takes place in Shibuya​

Idk. Makima is capable of blitzing Cloak with her combat speed after realizing how incredibly slow she is compared to her, murdering her without Cloak being able to intervene much as he doesn't have Rel+ movement. Only reactions- I think equalizing speed is the strat especially when one can react/move faster than the other through rages more than 3x each.

Not a good time to use cloak, relativistic+ marvel is getting reviewed, cloaks profile is also pretty crappy right now.
Assuming that Cloak can protect Dagger for long enough for her to attack then Dagger throws some her knifes and Makina dies and possibly the devil is affected too, or at the very least Makina goes back to being a normal human.
