Where does the fight take place? Cause Clint is basically a normal human aside form hacking and stealth.

Well it is extremely unfair tbh, as by SBA, Clint has no access to stealth or hacking. Human vs Powers

SBA has him already out in the open in view of Kiiko, and even then it is still quite unfair as it is quite literally a person who never harms anyone and his only real strength is hacking (which he can't use here) and stealth which will likely mean nothing here. Every time Clint could possibly harm her, she could just teleport. What does her telepathy do? Also he can't one-shot her, so she can just use telekinesis. Clint can't really do anything even with hacking. It is just a human vs a superhuman.

Her telepathy lets her see the memories of people she sleeps with. I'll do a thing.

Still don't see Clint being able to do any sustainable damage, possibly any damage via teleportation and telekinesis. All he can do is hide and you can't win doing that.

She has human level durability, punching is a perfectly viable option.

But he can't one shot her and again she can just teleport away or throw him away with telekinesis. Going with her but tbh feels really stomp-ish to me as he has no way to get around her abilities.

In-cannon, she was defeated by someone surprising her, and using chloroform. Her powers were a little weaker back then, but it should work, still.

It should be noted that her telekinesis is really weak. It's basically the equivalent of a normal human lifting someone and she also tires out just like a common human would when using it. The only really impressive thing she can do with it is using the ability as a AOE power (And even them the biggest AOE she has show is a 3x3 room)
