I'm pretty sure this is the most Incocnclusive a match can get. Speed equal, both are expert marksmen and have superhuman reflexes? Both characters shoot each other in the heart.

Sure, but for the first move the extent of skill needed is turning quickly and actually hitting the target. I'm pretty sure both are dead after that.

There's more to quickdrawing someone than reflexes/speed. The motions you use to fire the gun can be far shorter if you know what you're doing.

That and Clint has actually survived direct bullet wounds on many occasions while a shot to the chest typically drops his opponent to the ground.

Also he has a bullet proof vest so some of the time he's perfectly fine.

I guess I'll have to vote for Clint, mainly because his dura is far more better than that dang Doppelganger and has shown better feats of 9-C (even without a weapon, he has proven to be 9-C as he was able to knock out people with one hit or even send them flying, which is similar to the doppelganger just shooting the kid and send him flying, but that doppelganger used a weapon while Clint needed one good hit)

So ye, better skills and dura.
