Rigrit's ring boosts a warriors level by 5 when used, with Limit Break Mind boosting the user's physical stats by one more level, coming out to a 6 level increase when both are activated

Climb, being a Gold ranked adventurer, should be in the middle tens in terms of level, likely between 13-16. This 6 level boost would end up making his level comparable to Zaryusu, who is level 20 and 9-A

Therefor, Climb with both boosts should be 9-A

Though if Zaryusu is baseline Supersonic, Climb may just end up being really high end Transonic

one way you could word it so it flows smoothly is Higher with boosts and Rigrit's Ring, 9-A when using both at once.

downplaying Climb to be level 13 would still put him at lvl 18 with just Rigrit's ring, which would still be close enough to scale to Zaryusu imo, granted he would scale a bit lower without Limit Break Mind too

In general he would still scale lower in my eyes - as we know, racial levels lend themselves to better stats in general, even if Zaryusu only has one, and the real deal breaker would be martial arts.
