Why is the P.E.K.K.A. listed only as Building Level if he can effortlessly level entire highly amped villages, slice down entire forests, and defeat hordes of barbarians, who are also Building Level? That should be around Town Level. Furthermore, why is 1.5 times that power ALSO listed as Building Level?

The barbarians should not be rated as building level. Somebody must have changed it. Gradually defeating villages and slicing down forests is not remotely automatically quantified as higher than their individual components. Building level has a greater than 1.5x difference between the lower and upper borders.

This is because he cannot destroy more than one building at a time. If every building in the village were put together, the P.E.K.K.A. would still be able to destroy it after a few hits. Plus he destroyed the entire forest very quickly.

@Ant Barbarians are only Small Building level

@Super Slicing down forests quickly isn't Town level, it's more of a speed feat, it would only be close if it was destroyed in one hit. Similarly, the village would have to destroyed in a single attack for it to be Town level.
