I don't think Joe can destroy the Chucky doll before it kills him; the doll could easily withstand gunshots or physical attacks and could continue moving due to its immortality and inorganic physiology. I vote for Chucky.

I don't think this matters in this situation. Chuck has regen that Joe doesn't. Chuck has Inorganic Phys and immort as well so chuck can just keep going. Joe is simply a mere Superhuman however that don't save him from just getting popped a few times and slashed. Once that happens, it's GGs.

If Chucky has a gun, I vote for him FRA. If only Joe has a gun, I would give it to Joe since he has the Rage and AP advantage. Try to decide if Chucky will have a gun or not.
