Several haxxes were restricted and even without most of them it remains a win. It actually remains a win even without hax.

If the attacks are restricted it can't be added.

Torlikoff is right. Matches with restricted abilities cannot be added, as the match isn't the characters at their full potential. There is an exception but it doesn't apply here.
