He had a plan to get into Christian Higdon house but he had a electric fence around his home so...he went across the street to get at tanker and beat up some people to get it and then drove it across the whole town,to the Power plant parked the tanker went far away to shot it,then he blew it up so the electric fence was disabled..no easier way to do that.
