Chris Redfield vs Guile

So chris starts blasting and gulie starts spamming out sonic booms till he builds up a super and either sonic hurricanes or closes the gap and uses another super. Gulie because of his background for sure has experience with fist vs bullet and if it gets to hand to hand Guile will out skill being comparable to ryu. The large amount of different types of rounds is concerning for gulie though as he does not resetice like any of it. I think just sonic boom spam should eat the bullets up but I am not 100% sure.

I could not be bothered to read every single weapons list and figure out what he can use. but it seems so. we might want to decide what exact guns he has for this cause the list is absurdly big and varied.
If Chris is limited to just 9-A stuff he only has pistols and SMGs and grenades, still varied but makes the projectile war easier for Guile. Still tho Guile is dangerously close to getting one shot, comparing both physicals Chris is about 6x stronger than Guile and has the greater lifting strength (Which is pretty weird honestly but whatever)

Ok I thought about it and I think Chris wins here.

Even if we restrict Chris with just 9-A equipment he still has plenty to deal with Guile and sonic boom zoning. Chris’ main win con, that I could think of, would just to catch Guile off guard with a flash grenade and just KO him or kill him (These guys wouldn’t try to kill each other tho, to much of a hero both of them), either that or restrict Guile’s movement (or what’s left of it) with like a pulse grenade or shock grenade and KO him or kill him from there. Hell, Chris doesn’t even have get into a fist fight with Guile, he could use the stun rod and poke him from a distance. If it does come to CQC, Guile does have an advantage in battle IQ but Chris is hilariously stronger than him that he could 2 touch Guile (But not like 2 combos, literally; Light, Medium, Dead), plus Chris’ battle IQ isn’t too bad and might be just on par or below Guile’s.

Guile’s main win con is to spam sonic booms, wear down Chris and KO him from there. However Chris is durable enough to take multiple sonic booms and could reduce the damage via a melee vest or bulletproof vest, plus he could just pop a green herb and recover every bit of damage Guile does.

I vote Chris Roidfield

Chris has a massive advantage in AP/durability, LS, and also possesses numerous weapons with various projectile-based Hax that allow him to keep Guile at bay. I'll vote for Chris.
