Looking at the verse page, there's barely any pages and the one page we do have doesn't even have an image. Is there by any chance we can make a physiology page? Or do they have any general abilities?

Maybe Chibi Tiny Tales does not have a defined general abilities currently.

For Chibiverse, it seems that VS Battles Wiki has not encountered similar cosmology before.

You could say that 10-C Small Size Chibiverse Bill Cripher and Chibiverse Marcy Wu is unbelievable, but Chibiverse's main theme song says "We know the logic’s murky, but who cares? They’re quirky!"

Chibiverse? While it is not a combat verse overall, it has some haxes and its strange 10-C.

In "The Great Chibi Mix-Up!", Dr. Doof creates The Best Friendinator to " makes all the Chibis forget who their real besties are" and later Chibis build "a Rewind-inator" to reverse the effect of The Best Friendinator. Luz contributes the magic necessary to reverse the effect.
In "Chibi Villains Unite", Bill Cripher can float.

Actually, my CRT is exactly about the problems you addressed. And the below-the-bean size makes feats of every Chibiverse character 10-C.
