Heck, Plagg was apparently resposible for the dinosaurs extinction, the Leaning tower of Pisa and Atlantis' disappearence too.

But it seems that Plagg without an owner is this powerful, so Cat Noir limits the abilities

The Miraculous ladybug is definitely equal in power, but unlike Cataclysm, its not a AP applicable feat, and instead used to revert all the damage done.

My friend...just because a verse is similar to another doesn't mean they are AS strong. Look at tier 7 MHA and Tier 5 Naruto for example. There's literally NOTHING that suggests Tikki or Plagg are close to being Planet Level, much less Universal+. "Possibly High 6-A" ought to be a good ranking for them.

friend, those who have the comedic powers of ladybug and cat noir (the miraculous) can realize a desire through magic ritual, it happens that the desire has no limits (supposedly) and if this is confirmed, low 2c is the credible minimum, since technically the hawk moth possesses infinite potential, as it could simply create super akumas and from the ra they specific powers, but the guy and dunce (famous story-induced stupidity) would not be greater than that because of the equivalent exchange condition

But High 6-A is a very big assumption aswell, especially when we only see a few city blocks immediately start crumbling, which is why i put it at 8-A.
